Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Integrate Academy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our training services and courses. By enrolling in a course or accessing any of our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our Level 3 Pilates mat course is accredited by Active IQ. The qualification is Government approved (on the QCF), endorsed by Cimspa, regulated by Ofqual, internationally recognised and are sought after by employers.
Our CPD Group and 1:1 reformer training course is endorsed by Active IQ assuring you of the highest delivery standards and have been under written by the expertise of Charlotte Batten and Quality Assurer Clare Francis.
All of our tutors are fully qualified teachers, trainers and/or assessors.
2. Definitions
- "Academy" refers to Integrate Training Academy.
- "Student" refers to the individual enrolling in or attending the course.
- "Course" means any training, workshop, webinar, or program offered by the Academy.
3. Enrolment and Acceptance
- Enrolment in any course is subject to acceptance by the Academy on a first come first served basis.
- Following payment you will sent a link to an intake form including a health questionnaire. This must be completed prior to your enrolment being accepted.
- Confirmation of enrolment will be provided via email once payment is received and processed and the intake form is completed.
- The Academy reserves the right to decline admission to any student at its discretion. Please ensure you meet the pre-requisites required to apply for the courses. They are clearly stated on our course pages. For our 100hr Reformer if your anatomy qualification is more than 3 years old it is mandatory to do L3 anatomy as part of your training for an additional fee.
- By making an application over the phone, by email or through the website, you warrant that: you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and you are at least 18 years old.
4. Payment and Fees
- Prices are subject to change. Once enrolled and paid in full, your fee will not be affected by future pricing changes.
- Payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, and any methods indicated during registration.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Student Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Cancellations are non-refundable but you can move on to a course at a later date.
- If exceptional circumstances arise during the course Integrate will support you as much as possible so that you can complete it. There may be the opportunity to defer to a later course as long as there is a space. Integrate will be as flexible as they can in supporting each learner to be able to successfully complete their courses. No refunds will be given.
Academy Cancellations:
- If a course is cancelled by the Academy, students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future course.
6. Course Changes
- The Academy reserves the right to make reasonable changes to course content, schedule, and instructors.
- Any significant changes will be communicated in advance.
- If you miss a day of your course, you are required to either book in a 1 to 1 or join another course date.
7. Attendance and Conduct
- Students are expected to attend all sessions and behave professionally.
- The Academy reserves the right to remove students for disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour with no refund.
8. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, including videos, slides, and handouts, are the property of Integrate Training Academy.
- These materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.
9. Liability
- The Academy accepts no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during attendance at the course, except where caused by negligence.
- Students are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to participate in any practical training.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
- Personal information collected during enrolment is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We do not share your information with third parties except where necessary for course delivery or where legally required.
11. Certificates and Assessments
- Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of the course requirements at the following rate:
- The Academy reserves the right to withhold certification if students fail to meet attendance or assessment criteria.
- Should a student wish to appeal the result of an assessment decision, please refer to our appeals policy.
- Any student taking part in the pre-recorded assessments or practice videos at home to support their learning do so entirely at their own risk. Please ensure you have enough clear space around you (at least 2m x 2m), no trip hazards or breakables, wear suitable clothing and a Pilates mat with a suitable grip. Please also be aware that a studio setting is usually warmer than a home setting so you may not be able to stretch as far. Please ensure you have medical clearance to take part in Pilates classes. By taking part in pre-recorded videos at home you are consenting to do so entirely at your own risk.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
