At Integrate Academy, we’re passionate about shaping the next generation of authentic, confident, knowledgeable, and inspiring Pilates teachers.
Founded by Charlotte Batten and Clare Francis, who share almost 50 years of combined expertise in accredited qualifications, our approach is grounded in both expertise and experience. Together, they’ve built and led successful mat Pilates and reformer Pilates studios, as well as established teacher training schools and now, they’ve joined forces in a bid to raise industry standards for the next generation of Pilates instructors.
In collaboration with Reformer Collective, Integrate Academy brings together decades of teaching, mentoring, and hands-on studio experience to deliver exceptional mat Pilates and reformer Pilates teacher training. Our courses are designed to help you stand out in a growing industry, not just as a qualified instructor, but as a confident, intuitive teacher who understands how to connect, support, and inspire.

Course Outline – Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates Mat work

Our Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates Mat work is perfect for anyone who wants to turn their enthusiasm for movement, health, and wellbeing into a rewarding career. Whether you dream of leading your own classes, supporting clients one-to-one, or building a deeper understanding of the body, this qualification gives you the foundation to do it with confidence and authenticity.
To join, you’ll need at least six months of regular Pilates practice and a genuine curiosity about how movement can transform both body and mind.
At Integrate Academy, we go far beyond the minimum Active IQ criteria. Our approach ensures that you don’t just qualify you graduate ready to teach. You’ll leave the course with the knowledge, skills, and self-assurance to lead inspiring, safe, and effective mat work classes from your very first day as an instructor.
Course Outline – Reformer Teacher Training (CPD)
Take your Pilates teaching to the next level with our Reformer CPD designed to expand your skills, deepen your understanding, and ignite your confidence on one of the most transformative pieces of Pilates equipment.
Across 100 hour training, you’ll learn and master over 44 classical and contemporary Reformer exercises, exploring how to adapt and teach them safely, effectively, and creatively for everybody and every ability.

To enrol, you’ll need one of the following:
A Level 3 Pilates Mat work qualification or A Level 3 Personal Training qualification or
A 200hr / Level 3 Yoga qualification
If you’re completing or have already booked your Mat work course with Integrate as part of a bundle package, you’ll automatically meet this requirement.
If you’re currently studying your Level 3 Mat qualification with another provider and have completed your in-person training days, you’ll also be eligible to join.
